Contract to Hire

Contract to hire: Many of our candidates are looking for direct-hire positions but have the flexibility to start as temporary employees. This scenario provides both clients and candidates with an evaluation period before a more long-term hiring decision is made. If you r business needs to fill a role but before that you want to be doubly sure that it's the right fit. No problem at all, working interviews are sometimes the best way to determine if a candidate is the right fit for your environment. If everything goes well, they can be hired as a full-time employee.
